As a research action-oriented hub located between the University of Waikato and New York University, ENRICH welcomes international scholars to the virtual conference, Beyond the Law: Property and Possession, that will take place November 3rd and 4th, 2022. This event will engage topics of property in legal, political, economic, cultural and environmental contexts. Participants will also discuss papers and emerging debates around the intellectual use of ancestral knowledge by local communities. This event will be closed to the public. A summary report of the papers presented will appear in publications across select law journals in 2023.
